This is NOT an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS class. Nursing students and EMT students are generally required to have AHA BLS. If you need AHA BLS, please go back to https://www.cprmobile.me/pages/certifications/bls and select the AHA BLS options.

REGISTRATION:

• Provide EXACT name, email address, and phone number to be applied to the certification.

• Email will be the primary mode of correspondence; please use an email you check regularly.

• Read the "terms and conditions" as you check the box at registration. This waiver acknowledges that you agree to all class policies.

NOTIFICATION SCHEDULE (no spam or "promotional" emails!) - students will receive approximately 4-5 emails and texts. These are meant to help students get to class on-time and remind them when their card will expire in 2 years.

1) Registration email containing a copy of class date/time/location/requirements/waiver/payment information.

2) 24-hour class reminder

3) 2-hour class reminder (deadline to reschedule)

4) Certification email after class, receipt, and opportunity to leave a Google Review

5) Reminder to renew your card 3 months prior to your expiration date.

These are automated text messages, you cannot "reply" to them.

REQUIRED ONLINE COMPONENT:

• Your online component should be posted to your Red Cross Blended Learning Center account within 24 hours of registration. https://www.redcrosslearningcenter.org/s/login/

• Disable your pop-up blocker.

• DO NOT make additional purchases through the ARC website. Your $80 payment covers both the online component and the in-person skills check-off.

NOTE: To allow students flexibility with rescheduling the skills portion, your online module due date will be listed as 09/31/2026. Please keep in mind that this online component MUST be completed PRIOR to your skills class.
