Why learn CPR?

When a person's heart stops beating, cells start to die. Without high-quality CPR, cell death of the heart and brain becomes permanent. Death occurs within minutes.
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) circulates and oxygenates blood to maintain life until advanced help arrives.

Hands-on classes offer students the ability to gain the confidence, knowledge, and muscle-memory required to perform high-quality CPR.
PRACTICE
Students will practice multiple scenarios of finding a manikin in cardiac arrest. Repetitions allow students to develop good habits, allowing high-quality CPR to become part of reliable "muscle memory".
