ONLINE MODULE:

• Do the online module FIRST. The online module MUST be completed prior to the skills check-off
• The online module will be expire 90 days from when you register.

SKILLS CHECK-OFF:

Your skills check-off must be completed within 90 days of registration. You cannot do your skills check-off if you have not completed the online module.
